KITA Lessons for American Preschool Programs
Participants who wish to apply for the spring 2024 KITA program. Applications due January 31, 2024.  Accepted applicants notified by February 7, 2024 and must accept award by February 15, 2024.   Pre trip training February 24/March 16/ April 6, 10 am-12:30 pm.

If you are accepted to this program, you will be required to participate in three 2.5 hour sessions on
1) German Language Instruction
2) Historical Connections of German sites
3) Key Child Development Best Practices today in the Unities States and Germany.  
We will be meeting in the Twin Cities (Site TBD) but will also have a virtual option for those of you outside the metro area

Finally, our project includes post-trip commitment of disseminating information you have learned.  First, we will be debriefing the experience in early August 2024 (Date TBD) 

We might be submitting proposals to the MEA Education conference (October 17, 2024) and the Minnesota Association for Family and Early Education MNAFEE Spring 2025
